Our Priority Response program guarantees our customers with critical power needs a fast response and strategic course of action if there is a problem with your generator during a power outage. Service call pricing dependent on normal hours, after hours, or emergency service.
*** Priority Response Services calls: Normal Hours: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm - Call for pricing. Same day response / After 4:00 on M-F / Saturday - 2 hours minimum - Call for pricing. Emergency Call: Call for pricing. **All Emergency calls that require same day response will be subject to a two (2) hour minimum labor charge**
Regardless of which PM Tech Preventative Maintenance Package you choose, our team will provide a comprehensive inspection of your generator’s major systems during your scheduled maintenance. Any minor operational issues are included in the scope of work, and will be resolved during the visit. If any major operational issues are identified, they will be quoted for a follow-up visit.
